About us

What we hold to
Not promises in a brochure — each one is enforced by the software, on our servers, on every booking.
Not by the room, and not by a number an owner typed in last month. A bed holds one live booking at a time and the database itself refuses a second — so two people cannot be sold the same bed while both are on the payment screen.
You see the token, rent, deposit and any maintenance charge before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards. Every amount is handled in whole paise, so nothing is lost to a rounding error.
We confirm only when the payment gateway itself tells us — with a verified signature — that the full token has settled. A success screen in your browser is never treated as proof of payment.
Before you have a confirmed booking you see the area and an approximate location. The real name, full address and exact position are released when you are actually going there — enforced on our servers, not in the page.
No login to search, no ID to look. We ask for KYC at the booking step, because an owner is entitled to know who is living in their building — never to let you look around.
We are a technology platform, and an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000. We are not the owner or the landlord of the properties on this site.
Your accommodation agreement is with the property owner. What we provide is the discovery, the booking, the payment handling and the software the property runs on — and the support team you can escalate to when something between you and an owner goes wrong.
Listing information comes from owners. We verify what we reasonably can and mark verified properties clearly, but we cannot guarantee every detail. If you find a listing inaccurate, report it and we will investigate.
The detail behind everything on this page.
