When you get your money back, how much, and how long it takes.

How much of your token is refunded depends on how far ahead you cancel. The exact figures are set by RoomAdda and shown to you on the cancellation screen BEFORE you confirm — you will never be asked to cancel without first seeing what you get back.
The current thresholds are shown live on that screen because they are configurable; this page does not restate them, so the two can never disagree.
If you leave before the end of your agreed stay, your agreement's notice period applies. Where notice is not served in full, a charge may apply.
Before you confirm an early exit we show you an itemised breakdown of exactly what is being forfeited and what is being returned, and you type CONFIRM to accept it. Nothing is deducted that you have not seen first.
Your deposit is returned after you move out, less any agreed deductions for damage.
A deduction must be tied to a specific item on the property's asset register and supported by a photograph, and it cannot exceed that item's recorded replacement cost. You see the itemised statement, and you can dispute it.
A disputed deduction is not settled until the dispute is resolved.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. Bank timelines are outside our control, but the money leaves us as soon as the refund is approved.
You can see the status of any refund in the app under your booking.
If a refund has not arrived when you expect it, raise a support ticket. If you are unhappy with how it is handled, escalate to our Grievance Officer.
